I am not losing as much weight these days at all.
Exercise level is up (cycled 38km), but not following the diet very strictly - this might be the key reason.
Weight still at 81kg - there is delayed relationship between cause and effect in terms of weight loss, so, the effort I am putting in today may not be visible until maybe next week. That is to say, I am not losing much weight this week because I have not been disciplined last week.
Make sense? Let us see next week.

The 4-Hour Body - Day 27
Today cycled both ways, about 37km, speed was good. Had protein supplements before both rides.
Did not break the rules of diet.

The 4-Hour Body - Day 25 and 26....Protein and Body Odor
DAY25
Lost it, Renee was having a bad mood so I went to have mud crab with her. Overloaded with carbs at night, wight in at 81kg. Supplement intake was OK.
DAY26
Not able to wake up and cycle today - I guess I'll do a double run tomorrow.
Again today I stayed back at work so had Mexican Enchilada with a bit of rice. PAGG intake was on time, 30 gram of protein concentrate with a spoon of honey became the new standard breakie with least possible effort.
Before bed weight 80kg - what the hell?
Also, noticed I have stronger than usual body smell these days, after researching on Google I reckon it is possibly due to protein intake.

The 4-Hour Body - Day 24
Today weight at 81kg at 9pm, waist reduced to 98.75cm - showing gaining muscle but losing fat.
Lunch was saladworks - great taste and pretty full for about $9.
Cycled home with good speed in the rain, GPS somehow was turned off mid-way so I lost the Cyclemeter data. I did not have any protein food before the ride (did not feel like), but had an apple in the afternoon.
Cycling means lost appetite for dinner - a soup with two chicken pieces and a small bread will do the job. Delaying dinner is a great way to reduce the overall food intake at night.

The 4-Hour Body - Day 23
Today weight in at 80kg - not sure what was the reason of the weight loss, could it be the binge?
I cycled 20km today, and with a iPhone App called CycleMeter, I am able to track my route on Google map and upload the data to facebook, really exciting stuff to keep me motivated.
Lunch was a delicious but pricy salad, from SaladWorks - i chose the large salad with Lemon juice vinegar and it was great, cost $10.90.
Also had bit less than a can of chickpea.
I ate a few chocolate from yesterday - a bad move to have leftovers on a binge day.

The 4-Hour Body - Day 22
I did not stick to the rules today - too lazy to cook, and I take a day off supplements.
At night weight in at 91kg, mainly because I did not eat a lot due to this extremely inactive weekend.
Next week, should keep riding four times a day.
