FF 1 Hour

25 minutes treadmill, just over 200 calorie, around 3.2km.
(Not pleased with endurance, target is to do 300 calorie within 30 minutes)

Machine - Upwards pushing, 15kg (shoulder is the weak part)

Next routine:
Chest
Pull downs (did 40-50kg last time, very good for muscles right under arms)
Biceps (try dumbbells instead of machine)
Upwards pushing
