Tried laps mode on treadmill today.
Total around 3.5km, 245cal.
Walked for 1 lap (400m), then ran 5 laps (2000m) at 9.5 , then walked 1 lap followed by a slow incline running lap.
Feels great, my endurance has improved.
Today is the off day for resistance training.
