I took ten days off - definitely not good, my mood went to the wrong side again. I should have known that exercise will make me feel better.
Today I lost to some guy on the treadmill next to me.
I ran 2.4km(6 laps after 1 lap walking), 180cal, while he lasted around 500m longer.
If i see him again I'm gota kick his ass.
I managed to finish 3km by incline walking.
then went to the favourite pull down machine, 27 times at 45-50kg.
