Treadie

The new standard:
Walk 400m, run 2000m at 9.5, walk another 400m, incline running 200m at 7.5 then top it up till round 3200m, burnt 240kal in around 25 minutes.

Upwards pushing became very painful at 30kg. I tried to do three sets of ten but only managed 10-8-6, cannot go any further.

Disappointed about myself in the changeroom mirror in Rebel Sports.......sigh.
To see a result, need to change eating habit too.
