Weight Loss Program

Tried Weight Loss Program.
I don't know if the calorie settings are changed, but somehow I managed to do almost 4k and 300cal.

Intensity is low, running at speed 8.5(around 3 times 4 min each) to 10(lasted 4 minutes), mixed with walking at 5.5-6

Total work out time around 20 minutes.

Then did triceps + front side pull down, worked on major muscle groups.

Fruit and Chicken soup for dinner.
