The asian girl next to me did 5k at speed of 10!!!
And myself, being a overweighted male, managed to do 400K warm up, then running till 2.5K at 9.5, then walked to 3K, burnt 220K.
Ashamed but again, endurance wasn't built in a day.
After that I did 3 sets front pull down, 2 sets of lower-back and a few push-ups.My left arm is significantly weaker than my right arm, which becomes the problem to push myself further. (left arm always fails another move before right arm)
