Comfortably (or arguably) finished 2.6km at 9.4, by that time it was 190cal. Then walked to around 305 to bring it up to 220cal.
Legs are very relaxed now.
The big hit is weights. Following the routine, it was 4 sets of chest press (used upwards press instead) 8,7, 6,6; Then shoulder press (20kg) 6,6,5,5, then butterfly 6,6,6,6.
By the time I was doing the butterfly I was not able to do the move correctly. I did not do cable press because it's already quite late, I was worrying spending too much time in the gym could reduce the happiness, also the car park downstairs is free for only two hours.
Results? Will have to wait till tomorrow to see. But I sure did more (and more focused on certain muscle groups) than before.
