Trying to change the cardio session after reading some article saying too much cardio will actually burn out the muscles. So today i chose a higher speed of 10, ran for shorter distance 2.0km including 250m warming up. Sadly the calorie count didn't work on this treadmill (stupid machine said I burnt 25cal, which is like one M&M)
Back routine was finished. I do not think, however, I pushed myself hard enough. When thinking 'training to failure', it does not mean 'give up'.
Rowing machine is great, I need to find the ideal weight to use.
Front side pull down, after adjusting seat level, is more comfortable. It is a very good exercise for fore-arm as well. My forearm feels very sore when working out, instead of back!
Will I get the soreness like the ones I got for Chest and Shoulder and arm tomorrow?
