Today's cardio is 2.6KM running at 9.5, walk up to 3.05k, total burnt 220cal. Hear rate at 2.6km was in the middle of cardio zone, means I am ready to increase speed next time.
Challenge 9.6!
First day for the arm routine, I am able to finish it but not easy.
Cable press was at a decreasing weight, started from 22.5 then 2.5kg down each set. next time should stay at 20kg for the last three sets.
Dumbbell 12.5Kg, sit position, six times four. Last set was mainly aided by another hand.
Triceps dip is very interesting (first try), able to do 60kg 4 sets, 6 dips each set. Need to increase weight next time.
Barbell was the last one, by the time I was too tired. After warming up round, I can only manage to finish 6,6,4,3.
Dumbbell and Barbell trained till failure. Dips is a bit dangerous to do till fail, cable can increase weight.
Wait till tmr to see the soreness.
