Maybe it's creatine or is it just because I didn't train hard enough?
I am sure I did everything to failure, not to mention the extra exercise that I do for shoulder. (e.g. Shoulder press and dumbbell front lift)
Chest routine is chest press and butterfly machine.
I sure trained to failure (or am I not pushing myself hard enough)?
The only problem is, I don't feel a thing now. I should be at least very tired if not feeling the soreness!
Cardio, ran 2.25km at 10, burnt 170. Then walk till total cardio time reaches 20 minutes. Total burnt 200cal. Next time need to run till 2.3km.
Weight 76kg empty stomach.
