Cycling

Hey 45 minutes starting 9.15am, worst instructor ever in terms of shape and motivating.....but I sure was sweating!

With increased endurance, I can do more on the dial with less resting time needed.

Back to the gym area, did Push ups..... I sure am very bad at that, I can only do 25 kg, around 30 reps in total.
Then did back muscle groups (the 'rowling' pull back), 3 x 10, I feel it good for forearms for some reason.
