improved

Laps today with improvement.
I did 2.6K running (includes 400m warm up) at 9.5, then walked to 3.1K, burnt around 220Cal.

Note running itself burnt 200cal! Total time spend was just around 20 minutes.
Remember the mental happiness exercising brings me, especially cadio exercises.
Remember the shape of tummy, days on the beaches.

Then focused on Triceps and Bicepes, no combination exercise.
