Improvement needed

Here are some improvements I will make:

1. Track weight once a week. (Scale on second floor)

2. Use Creatine in drinking water.(5g)

3. Increase weights used, make first six reps hard(even first rep should be hard). Do over three sets, make it harder.

4. Use a breakfast bar as lunch every other day ( one day on and one day off)

5. No food after dinner (Yes you should believe in yourself, if you want to look and feel different, change habits)
