Refine the current plan

1. Increase reps per set to 10, can reduce weight for last few sets. Also do not forget to stretch.

2. 20 minutes cardio per session.

3. Cut carbs (rice) in dinner, eat protein shake, vegie and a lean meat/fish only

4.Cook in bulk to save time, especially meat/fish.

5. Night craving? have a protein shake.
