Two points for improvement

Endurance is good today.
Did 400m walk, run to 2.6K, walk to 3.05K.
Burnt 225Cal.

Shoulder push up (military).

To see results I will need to reduce night time food intake; and increase weights for upper body.
(if muscle does not burn the next day, there is no result!)
