Whey meal is great

Tonight's dinner after work out:

Whey 2 scoops with low fat milk;

2 chicken drumsticks;

Chinese spinach and a left-over zucchini

 

feeling full now...remember four points for losing weight:

1. drink protein as they make you full but doesn't easily turn to fat

2. drink lost of water

3. have small meals (a few low fat bizkits are great)

4. take vitamins.
