Back routine today

Treadmill is all full!!!

That proves seven o'clock is the peak time for weekdays.

Had to do stepping machine instead, 20 minutes burnt 200cal, not as intensive, but have a few spikes when the heart rate goes to 200.

(Considering I'm not in top physical condition today)

 

Back routine is front side pull down; Bench dumbbell lift and Rowing.

My arms seem bigger than before but still not trimmed.

 

Need to find a way to cut late night snacking.....though there is an excuse to 're-energize' when studying.
