I'm back

Yes, after almost three weeks!

I was in Shanghai, minus two degrees do put me down a bit.

 

Today's exercise was more like a warming up.

Run 2km at 9.8, burnt 150 - walk to 170

Cable push down - 25kg

Bench back lift - 3 times 10

Triceps lift - 50kg

Barbell curl - three times ten

 

Looking at the photos taken when I was 80-82kg, it was purely terrible. Keep diet and exercise two times a week - at least - because I need more time devoted to CFA.
