Oooohhh........what shall I do to lose some fat?
Cardio might be the key and today the plan was distorted a bit because I went to gym about 30 minutes after lunch, which was a big fat 干炒牛河 dish!
Goddamnit!
So I had to cut the cardio short, burnt 150cal.
Routine is arm.
Didn't go too well with hammer curl, 12.5kg was heavy for three sets.
Dips - 60kg and three sets
Barbell - around 15kg, three sets (didn't finish)
Cable - tried using rope at 15kg, it was good!
What shall I do with late night snacking..........grrrrr.........
