Today I have been able to break main meals into several small meals, maybe was due to the load of exercise so far, I actually feel hungry all day.
This week I completed 80km ride, the best weekly record ever. I felt good although I did not consume too much carb in the afternoon. The 20km ride today was slow but climbing up was easier. This would mainly be because of strategic use of energy.
In the morning, I will now have 1-2 teaspoon of honey with the coffee, just so that my digesting process is smoother (not going into too much detail here). This adds about 86cal into the daily load, which I will have to live with. To compensate, I will stop drinking all soft drinks, including diet coke.
Meanwhile I will need to cut down the last meal before bed by sleeping earlier, I will have a glass of good wine instead.
Weight at 81kg, lost 2 kg so far. Waist at maximum (near belly button) is 100.5mm. I took a photo of myself so that I can compare with later on.
In summary:
- have two teaspoons of honey in breakfast
- cut down snack before bed, sleep early
- no soft drinks
I will keep cycling for another three weeks, then start weight training and track which one is more effective.
