about 250g of BBQ pork and chicken
8 cocktail lean beef sausages
1 bowl of chicken soup
10 sugar plums
3 small bowls of white rice
1 bottle of orange juice
lunch and dinner AGG
pre bed PAGG
(going forward every Saturday is a off day, also need to take one week off every two months)
Now at 82kg before bed - with a stomach full of carbs!
