Today bought lots frozen veggie and a large corned beef - feel confident to start cooking simple meals. Followed rules with the exception of including chick peas and a spoon of honey in the diet, which is not mentioned in the book.
Able to follow the supplement rules except for breakfast, as I got up pretty late. I felt a certain level of dizziness at night, unsure of the cause.
Tomorrow is cycling day, will keep the protein shake handy.
