The 4-Hour Body - Day 16

Basics
Today I got up late and did not cycle in. Given the arrangements this Friday I might just cycle for two days.
Diet has been good with the availability of protein shakes, I weight 81kg after dinner.

Tomorrow morning I will have 30g protein shake with a spoon of honey before the ride.

About Green Tea in PAGG
As the green tea supplements on Australia market usually contains 25-30mg of caffeine, I found the below chart to compare how much it really is:

So each Green tea tablet contains equivalent to 1/3 as much caffeine as a cup of coffee!
Looks like I'll have to miss the Green Tea in the last round of intake before bed to have some good night sleep (I am quite sensitive to anything that affects sleeping).
