The 4-Hour Body - Day 18

Today still at 81kg - maybe was because the lack of exercise, I did not lose much weight this week at all.

Waist (belly button) was 105cm.

Possible reason:
1. Lack of exercise
2. Honey with protein shake at morning (this has fixed my problem at toilet)
3. Lunch and dinner have excessive amount of meat (this is definitely allowed)

Solution:
As I cannot ride tomorrow and the day after, I will need to have exercise at night.
Also I will break lunch into two small meals at 11:30am and 3pm
Limit snack food after 10pm - use carrots
