Today weight at 81kg at 9pm, waist reduced to 98.75cm - showing gaining muscle but losing fat.
Lunch was saladworks - great taste and pretty full for about $9.
Cycled home with good speed in the rain, GPS somehow was turned off mid-way so I lost the Cyclemeter data. I did not have any protein food before the ride (did not feel like), but had an apple in the afternoon.
Cycling means lost appetite for dinner - a soup with two chicken pieces and a small bread will do the job. Delaying dinner is a great way to reduce the overall food intake at night.
