Lost it, Renee was having a bad mood so I went to have mud crab with her. Overloaded with carbs at night, wight in at 81kg. Supplement intake was OK.
DAY26
Not able to wake up and cycle today - I guess I'll do a double run tomorrow.
Again today I stayed back at work so had Mexican Enchilada with a bit of rice. PAGG intake was on time, 30 gram of protein concentrate with a spoon of honey became the new standard breakie with least possible effort.
Before bed weight 80kg - what the hell?
Also, noticed I have stronger than usual body smell these days, after researching on Google I reckon it is possibly due to protein intake.
