I am not losing as much weight these days at all.
Exercise level is up (cycled 38km), but not following the diet very strictly - this might be the key reason.
Weight still at 81kg - there is delayed relationship between cause and effect in terms of weight loss, so, the effort I am putting in today may not be visible until maybe next week. That is to say, I am not losing much weight this week because I have not been disciplined last week.
