The only modification is that Plicosanol - I will have 10mg each day rather than 20mg, as recommended by the book Four Hour Body. This is simply because of the recommendation on the package.
I also bought a kilo of Whey protein as breakfast and before/after exercise meal.
I will track weight loss of a week, after taking these supplements, comparing to the previous week.
