Salad day

I may have lost 1.5 to 2kg so far, now at 81.5kg.

Waist at belly button is 101.5 - body fat can't be measured accurately but should still be between 25% to 30%, caliper shows 24%.

Should be happy with the progress so far this week - riding about 80km by Firday; not having serious issues eating, and feeling good.

One thing I noticed is that I should not buy Chinese takeaway anymore. Although not having rice, the vegie and meat are still greasy with bad cooking oil being used. For the first time I have tried frozen spinich and it tastes OK.

I also bought a small bottle of cinnamon for flavoring my coffee and tea.

Had a protein bar, two eggs, a small and a medium salad, a can of black beans, a macadamia and nuts bar, two small tin of tuna.

Prepared spinach and Mustard beef for tomorrow's lunch.
